Today Standing Together will again lead a food and aid convoy to support the starving people of Gaza and the Israeli hostages who are held there. They will go to the border with Gaza with a food truck for and dozens of private cars, and will try to reach the Kerem Shalom passage.
The starvation of the people of Gaza is appalling, and the humanitarian disaster that the government is fostering harms innocent citizens, the hostages who are still being held captive, and will eventually harm us as well: the disaster does not stop at the border.
For months now, extreme organized settlers, encouraged by the government, are working to starve the people of Gaza by blocking aid trucks and harming innocent Gazans and the hostages who are dying in captivity. We must oppose it, we must break the barrier of hunger. please join our efforts.
Last week, around a 1,000 Israeli citizens, bothe Jewish and Palestininan, donated food and aid which we took to our first convoy. We were more than 40 cars heading to the border with Gaza, but the Army and police stopped us 10km from the border. We will not give up. We must take the human path and to make sure no one person on our land dies of starvations.
